REFIK ANADOL - ‘THE WINDS OF DUBAI’

The back of reception OF HOTEL INDIGO is unique. We commissioned the world’s leading digital artist, Refik Anadol, using wind data captured in Dubai, to create an ‘AI data painting’. This dynamic, abstract installation, uses generative Artificial Intelligence to evolve the visual constantly as new data is captured. This evolving graphic has a loop play on a 10x2m custom video screen.

‘THE WORLD’S FIRST CYBER DOG ON A RUNWAY’

For the first time in fashion history, a cyber dog took center stage at Arab Fashion Week, marking a bold fusion of AI, robotics, and couture. Provided by Terminus Robotics, this futuristic canine companion strutted down the runway alongside models, symbolizing the seamless integration of technology into modern life and luxury.

The precision-engineered cyber dog, with its sleek, high-tech design, moved with fluid elegance, mirroring the confidence of human models. The activation served as a provocative statement on the future of fashion, where the digital, mechanical, and human realms converge. A spectacle of innovation, style, and storytelling, this unprecedented collaboration challenged perceptions of runway tradition, making history as the first cybernetic presence on an international fashion stage.
